Staff Structure Section 01 — Positions & Responsibilities

Welcome Desk
Face of the complex. Handles customer check-ins, retail sales, and manual QR check-ins for late arrivals. First point of contact for every visitor.
Maintenance
Facility upkeep, robot vacuum management, equipment checks, turf care, and ensuring all tech systems remain operational.
Scheduler
League scheduling, event coordination, field allocation, and tournament bracket management.
Referees
Game officiating, QR code scanning at field entry, armband phone with scoreboard app. Rated by players post-game via the app.
Score Keepers
iPad operation for live scoreboard, instant replay triggers, and roster management on the scoreboard display.

Training Officials Protocol Section 02 — Check-In & Tech Workflow

QR Scan at Field Entry
Refs scan each player's QR code as they walk onto the field, which automatically loads the roster on the scoreboard.
Armband Scoreboard App
Ref's phone is always mounted on an armband running the scoreboard app for real-time game control.
Manual Fallback
If a player forgets their QR code, the welcome desk handles a manual check-in and adds them to the roster.
Late Arrivals
Welcome desk manages all late-arrival check-ins so gameplay is not interrupted.
